Currently we are looking for an:


Executive Assistant Sales
Personal assistant to Compuware’s Vice President Sales North East Europe.



What are your Responsibilities?:
Organization:
- Meeting regularly with Vice President and managing his agenda about ongoing updates, booking hotels, flights, shuttles, etc.
- Management Meetings: invitations, hotel bookings, conference locations, agenda preparations, booking speakers, prepare presentations and relevant data as mentioned under Sales Operations.

Sales and Marketing Support:
- Correspondence with business partners and customers. Preparation of letter format and written communication, organizing of (C-level) mailings and follow up calls, providing prospects and customers with supporting documentation.

Sales Operations:
- Monitoring, controlling and reporting of sales in North East Europe. Operating SalesForce.Com (SFDC) for managing customer relations, analyzing and interpretation of client data, reporting on sales opportunities, initiatives and projects, lead generation, pipeline, client information, customer calls and visits.
- Forecasting and sales billing for North East Europe. Generating monthly and quarterly reports, closely working with country management and financial controllers on final closings and slipped deals.
- Preparation and managing of business plan presentations, reviews on a monthly and quarterly basis. Coordinating agendas regional directors and account managers, planning and preparation of meetings in North East European countries, managing follow-up actions.
- Coordinate and guard European and international sales processes and procedures between business partners in Sales Support, Marketing, Finance, Sales Operations, Client Management and Services department.

Managing Information:
- Responsible for internal information and communications, information and communication handling: phone, email, correspondence, meetings.
- Check daily correspondence and mail Vice President. Manage agenda and emails Vice President.
- Initiating and approving purchase requisitions.


Functie-eisen
Skills and Requirements:
- Good understanding of sales operations, sales and finance reporting in a fast paced environment like the IT sector.
- Ability to work comfortably as an expert with all aspects of SalesForce.com and Excel.
- Multi-tasking talent with exceptional organizational skills. Able to prioritize.
- Flexible. No 9 to 5 mentality.
- Strong Communicator and team player.
- Fluently in English, in writing as well verbally; good in German, in writing as well verbally.
